Can a person with a criminal record receive a loan?
Individuals with criminal records and formerly incarcerated individuals may receive a loan from GNBDC. The New Entry Entrepreneurial Training Institute ("NEETI") was established especially for Newark residents and business owners who were previously incarcerated. Check the NEETI website for more information.

What areas are served by GNBDC?
GNBDC provides financing to businesses throughout New Jersey, and we concentrate on Newark and northern New Jersey (areas including and north of Monmouth, Middlesex, and Somerset Counties).
