Citibank Awards $10,000 Grant to GNBDC

The Greater Newark Business Development Consortium is the recipient of a $10,000 grant from the Citibank Foundation. The award was made at the 3rd Annual Opportunities and Awards Breakfast on June 25th.
Citibank Senior Vice President Bob Heaney, Vice President Helen Steblecki, and Branch Manager Everton Rose were on hand to make the presentation to GNBDC. The grant was provided to support GNBDC’s Training and Technical Assistance Program for local small business owners.

GNBDC Receives Grant from HP Foundation
The Greater Newark Business Development Consortium, Inc. (GNBDC), a local nonprofit microenterprise development organization, is the recipient of the HP Microenterprise Development Grant worth more than $57,000 in technology equipment and cash. The HP technology combined with support services, business training courses and technical assistance will provide new and established small businesses in the community with much needed resources and training.
